Sayam's High-Power eDrive System
Revolutionary Efficiency and Sustainability for Electric Vehicles
Sayam’s 800V eDrive offers a highly efficient primary or complementary drive for battery electric vehicles in the C, D, and E segments. It incorporates advanced technologies to reduce weight and size compared to previous generations. It features a 90° rotation around the drive axis for improved integration and utilizes Sayam’s next-gen High-Voltage Embedding SiC power module for higher efficiency. With a weight of only 75 kg and a 29% reduction in z dimension, it is easily integrated into the vehicle’s space. The system achieves over 93% efficiency in real-world driving and can be equipped with eDecoupling and park lock for increased flexibility. The new eDrives also contribute to sustainability by requiring less aluminum and rare earth materials, reducing CO2 emissions during production by approximately 20%.

eDecoupling Family
The new and innovative modular eDecoupling unit aligns perfectly with OEMs’ in-house manufacturing strategies for electric drive systems:
- Modular eDecoupling unit
- Fast activation time of less than 100 milliseconds
- Compact size minimizes weight and package space in both axial and radial directions
- Scalable for use across electric and hybrid vehicles from B segment up to SUVs and LCVs.
How it supports 2WD and 4WD driving:
It can seamlessly switch from 2WD to 4WD when road conditions are unstable. Sayama’s eDecoupling, along with the predictive software package “Decoupling+”, enhances vehicle performance by reducing slip and vehicle yaw on high-speed corners under slippery road conditions. By utilizing vehicle sensory inputs, it automatically engages 4WD power before the vehicle starts to slip.
Power Electronics
Sayam’s Traction Power Inverter Module (TPIM)
Used in hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) applications, the TPIM is integrated with the drive unit to provide improved efficiency, range, low-end torque, and high-speed power to provide exact OE performance.
PowerTrain Control Module (PCM)
Functions as the master controller in hybrid and electric vehicles. It is responsible for reading driver input and determining the required wheel torque, while also monitoring safety systems and providing thermal and energy management.

Steer-by-Wire
Our SmartDR Wheel™ Steering is an advanced steering software feature that is made possible by SbW. SmartDR Wheel™ Steering adds another level of safety, convenience and comfort for drivers by allowing the steering wheel to remain still during SAE ADAS Levels 2-5 maneuvers, as well as automated driving applications.
Small Components
Pedals and pedalboards
At Sayam Auto Group we design and manufacture pedals for different applications with the aim of offering a safe and reliable product over time. The pedals are composed of clutch and brake pedals that are assembled inside a box and constitute a module that includes various systems of the functions activation. We assemble sensors, brake cylinders, pedals and various elements to provide complete modules to be installed on the vehicle. All our pedals undergo quality tests to ensure product validation.
Brake Calipers
In Sayam Auto Group we consider safety in driving the most important issue. For this reason, since the year 2000, we are mechanical, hydraulic and negative brake caliper manufacturers and suppliers for applications on off-road vehicles, as well as wind generators, and also other applications, where disk breaking is required. We provide the possibility to modify and customize the existing brake calipers, in order to make them suitable for every kind of application needs.
