Our engineers dialogue with the costumer to establish all the new product requirements

With our know-how we design a product model that we share with the costumer
Prototype
We proceed to the realization of working prototypes that we share with the costumer
Test
Through bench tests in our laboratory and tests on the costumer’s vehicle we define the final product
Industrialization
The production process is prepared carefully to meet the expected quality level of the series production

We are committed to developing all of our colleagues and helping them maximize their career aspirations through both continuous learning and by providing unique experiences over and above their formal role. Every individual at Sayam is required to have a development plan and discuss it with their manager on a quarterly basis. We also have talent talks to review the careers of all colleagues, making sure we have the right people in the right jobs to maximize their potential and performance.
Our Capabilities Center of Excellence (CoE) is a single, central hub for learning and development that enables colleagues to improve their personal performance, business knowledge and productivity—helping Sayam colleagues do their current job better while preparing them for their next role.

About Sayam’s Governance
Sayam believes that strong corporate governance practices are essential to fostering stakeholder trust and confidence, management accountability and long-term shareholder value. Our Board Charter is reviewed at least annually and updated as needed to reflect evolving best practices in corporate governance.
We strongly believe in principles of accountability, transparency and integrity, so we defined a set of business rules that aim to the enterprise effectiveness and efficiency, as well as honesty towards all members in our company.
