Pedals and pedalboards for trucks, forklifts, special vehicles and military ones
At Sayam Auto Group we design and manufacture pedals for different applications with the aim of offering a safe and reliable product over time.
The pedals are composed of clutch and brake pedals that are assembled inside a box and constitute a module that includes various systems of the functions activation.
They are made with chopped off or laser cut sheet metal components, welded with supports and pins and painted by cataphoresis. We assemble sensors, brake cylinders, pedals and various elements to provide complete modules to be installed on the vehicle. All our pedals undergo quality tests to ensure product validation.
Pedalboards for trucks

They are co-designed with the customer, in order to guarantee the maximum comfort during the driving of medium and heavy trucks and buses.
- Die-cast aluminum hosing box or welded structure, based on the required volumes
- Pedals in stamped steel, with robotic welding of all necessary supports and pins, then painted in black cataphoresis
- Complete assembly of modules, rubber pedal cover included, as well as hydraulic cylinders, activation tips and sensors

They are co-designed with the customer, in order to guarantee the maximum comfort during the driving of forklifts trucks.
- Welded structure housing box
- Pedals in stamped steel, with robotic welding of all necessary supports and pins, then painted in black cataphoresis
- Complete assembly of modules, rubber pedal cover included, as well as hydraulic cylinders, activation tips, sensors and oil tanks
